Client details, additional requests, time schedules — everything is neatly organized. Thanks to these structured requests, schedules are generated in no time. “If a client selects add-ons like smoothies or snacks, they automatically appear in the schedule. That saves us time and ensures we don’t miss anything. Plus, it’s a great way to upsell!” Kim explains.

Sometimes, the booking module also leads to surprising choices. “Some clients select every possible add-on — snacks, smoothies, drinks… That’s when I give them a call to check what truly fits their needs. I’d rather provide good personal advice than create unnecessary waste!”
