We have two bars & restaurants: Milú in The Hague and Suzie Q in Scheveningen. We serve lunch, drinks and dinner and are open seven days a week. What makes us unique is the shared dining concept where guests can order several small dishes to share. We also have private rental rooms.
Previously we received requests by e-mail and then typed the quotations in Word. At the time, we thought that this was easy, because you take a previous quotation and adjust some numbers, but in practice it turned out to take a lot of time and errors. After investigating what was possible, we discovered MICE. The system now takes a lot of work and time out of our hands.
We save a lot of time, everything is much clearer and the flow of communication with guests and also between colleagues has improved.

With MICE everything is a lot clearer. We can allow colleagues to log into the system themselves. For example, the kitchen has its own login. This makes it easier to make a schedule. In the past, they had to open all Word quotations to see what had to be done. Now that can be seen at a glance in the overview.
In the old days we had to communicate everything to everybody and then there was still a lot of confusion. Now a colleague on the floor clicks on the event and immediately sees all the appointments that have been made. This saves time as well.
